# Abstract

Plano has the goal to disrupt corporate-owned enterprises that today dominate the delivery of real estate services and development projects. Plano creates a platform of on-chain tools to streamline and facilitate ownership of real estate assets, land development and self governance by disparate groups of investors and stakeholders. As a Decentralized Autonomous Organization, Plano enables a smarter solution that is fairer, more accessible and less reliant on centralized intermediaries.
