# Oracles

The Salable Oracle provides information on assets that are currently for sale.

* Blueprints
* Rights
* Occupation
* Amenities
* Labor
* Resources

The Oracle can also be queried to return current and historic price of sales as well as historical data on trades by owner, asset and asset class.

Oracles are important to estimate the valuation of Real Estate assets within the community. These are estimated by Oracles so as to support other activities in the community e.g. Assessing collateralized values for defi, land tax collection, insurance etc.

### Resource Oracle <a href="#tbk2kzmwyxlt" id="tbk2kzmwyxlt"></a>

The Resource Oracle provides information on Resource assets that are being produced and consumed. This information is useful for communities to balance supply and demand as well as for future planning.

* Production of resources by Equipment
* Consumption of resources by the community

The Oracle can also be queried to return current and historic price of resources as well as historical data on consumption by asset and asset class
