Governance Structure

Plano operates as a DAO, whereby members of the DAO act as governors of the DAO. Governors act via proposals that are submitted to the DAO for vote. These proposals are created by any member of the DAO and curated by specific committees, each established with a specific remit for DAO operation. Committees may also submit proposals as they determine are necessary.
Committees will also oversee daily operations of the DAO including Guilds established to execute specific sets of activities related to the products and toolsets that the DAO delivers to its customers.
In turn, Community DAOs established for the governance of specific communities interact with these guilds to obtain the services they require to operate. Community DAOs may elect to have internal governance structures that are different to what is reflected in the diagram, but what is presented here would be considered typical for a Community DAO.
