Marketplace

The Plano Marketplace is the (non-exclusive) place where assets are traded. In most cases, ownership of the asset is the only prerequisite for offering an asset for sale. As such, KYC is generally not required for participation as ownership of assets will determine eligibility for buying and selling activities.

To interact with the Marketplace, users can connect their wallet to the Marketplace dApp. Doing so will allow the Marketplace to index their assets and allow asset owners to perform marketplace actions.

Some salable items (e.g. Labor) are only available to buyers who are owners of assets within the community that are capable of consuming the salable asset. Other assets (e.g. Real Estate assets) are available to all buyers, irrespective of location or status.

Brokerage

The following items are sold on the Marketplace.

  • Blueprints

  • Rights

  • Occupation

  • Amenities

  • Labor

  • Raw Materials

To list an asset for sale, asset owners will annotate their asset as being “for sale” on the Marketplace app by adding a “Sale Price”, denominated in PLAYA. This will allow the for sale asset to be indexed by the Salable Oracle.

The Marketplace displays information on all Saleable items in various categories on the dApp. Buyers interact with the dApp to identify assets they would like to purchase. All prices are listed in PLAYA.
