Community Ecosystem

The ecosystem for tokenized real estate assets is immature. Massive growth in this space is likely in multiple areas that will be beneficial for Community. An ecosystem of dApps could emerge providing an interconnected ecosystem of community governance services.

It is imagined that Plano will provide these integrations as addable and optional extensions to the Plano dApps. Examples of what would be possible are provided below.

• Build Permit Proxy - A build Permit proxy to act as an intermediary between asset owner and the local permitting authorities for new construction.

• Public Works - Organizational and reporting tools for the planning and administration of public works. Tools could be integrated with the community for the reporting of issues and problems as they arise.

• Construction - Real work construction and construction administration could be managed using blockchain technologies in ways not yet foreseen.

• Returns - Dividends and return structures for equity or capital investors based on industry standard structures for real estate investment. For example, in the case that the project is using a waterfall model to govern investor return, the template will include smart contracts for managing returns based on industry standard tools for such models.
