Recognition and Reward

Contributors that are core to the growth and development of Plano. Contributors are recognized and rewarded for proof of their contribution. This process is managed by each Guild based on guidance from Committees.

Founders as well as early or significant contributors will be recognized by Plano as being part of “The Team” and will be rewarded based on the tokenomics model outlined in a later section of this document. Inclusion in this group and rewards provided will be the decision of the Steering Committee.

Rewards are issued in PLANO or PLAYA tokens.
