Construction Permissions & Certification

Applications for a Construction Permit are administered via smart contract. Provided the information submitted is correct (typically the designation of an approved Blueprint to be constructed in a specific buildsite), the permit is automatically minted.

At the end of construction, a physical inspection is required by an expert selected from within the local jurisdiction and in compliance with local regulation. The Planning Committee is responsible for this process. Upon completing this inspection and recording all documentation that results on the blockchain, an NFT for the Building is automatically minted.
