Blueprint Submission & Certification

The Planning dApp allows the submission of a Blueprint for use in the construction of buildings within the community. The Blueprint can either be a “Concept Blueprint” that will require further development to adapt it to the particular site before a Building Permit is issued. Or it can be a “Full Blueprint” with a full set of drawings needed for construction.

Submitted Blueprints are reviewed and certified by the Planning Committee via a standard vote. If approved, the Planning dApp will mint an NFT for the Blueprints (stored in IPFS). Blueprints will then be made available in the marketplace for sale.

Blueprints can be altered and extended by any subsequent author. Each alteration requires a new submission to the Planning Committee for certification and minting a new NFT. Version control of related Blueprints is handed within the dApp.
