Land Parcels

Each Land Parcel created can be assigned:

• A community to which it is contained within

• A boundary

• A zone

• A default set of Regulations (inherited based on the assigned zone)

• A Build Site

The Planning dApp allows the minting of an NFT for each Land Parcel. Minting of Land Parcel will automatically mint all child assets (Rights and Build Site(s)).
