Listing Content Collection

Plano collects and provides listing data to the marketplace. It does so by aggregating data from the following sources:

• Deed Registry - The index of tokenized real estate that Plano, and potentially other tokenizers of real estate have created.

• Existing dataset APIs - Existing MLS APIs that exist within local markets.

• Partner data feeds - Direct feeds from existing providers of real estate listing data that are not using an MLS service.

• Scraping - Web site scraping of sites in jurisdictions where no existing MLS data is available.

Where it is possible without the violation of copyright or terms of service of the data provider, a blockchain transaction will be created to store each piece of content. This data is served to end consumers via a Listing Resolver implemented by Plano.
