Listing Creation

To list an asset for sale, asset owners must create a listing. The marketplace will provide a UI that allows the user to either create a listing for a Deed NFT, or a listing for a traditional non-tokenized property.

The listing creator will be able to add information about amenities, pictures and other data such as broker information as is typical for a real estate website. In addition, however, the listing creator will be asked for a required number of days to settle, in the event that a Purchase agreement is executed. This information will be presented to buyers so that they can see houses that are available for speedy or instant settlement.
