Supplemental Listing Data

Buyers are increasingly able to buy products without seeing them first such as books and clothing. The same should be true of real estate. To facilitate the ability of buyers to purchase online, each listing needs to provide a rich set of data to address the questions and concerns of each buyer.

A number of third-party data providers will be connected into the site to provider buyers information such as:

  • Price history of the home and comparable properties in the area, including an AI based estimate of the home’s value.

  • Information about the neighborhood such as schools, crime, walkability, traffic, etc.

  • Information about expenses such as local property taxes, HOA fees, etc.

  • Information about possible revenue potential as a short term or long term rental markets.

  • Social data about the home such as reviews of the home by people who have viewed it in person, reviews from people who have stayed in the home if it is a vacation rental etc.

Using the above information, in combination with images and video content such as a 360 degree walkthrough, buyers should feel armed to make an informed purchasing decision.
