On-Ground Items

Proper on-ground functioning of each community will require specific equipment and services for use by community members. Examples of such services include utilities (gas, sewage, power), shared services such as security or day care. Alternatively, on-ground services may extend to commercial amenity providers such as shops, libraries, community projects, etc.

Equipment and Amenities can be tokenized and administered on the blockchain. Doing so enables efficiencies in allocation, utilization and operation. Control over these assets are managed by the council in each Community.

Equipment

Equipment is used to generate (or consume) resources.

The Council will mint ERC-721 NFTs for real-world equipment to be situated and operated within a community. The NFT is then airdropped to the owner of the equipment. Equipment can be housed in Buildings or Land Parcels.

Equipment will either produce or consume resources. In the case where equipment produces resources, these are sold to Landholders and other members of the community for consumption.

Amenities

Amenities are a tokenized form of a consumable experience produced by owners who hold a Commercial license. Examples of amenities may be tickets to an event, access to a beach club, etc. These assets are consumed by community residents.

Amenities may be minted as ERC-1551 NFTs and offered to the marketplace for sale by owners of a commercial license.
